This inventory is designed to help you identify the activities you particularly enjoy at work and at leisure. You should then be able to evaluate opportunities and improve decisions about your future career development and leisure pursuits.

There are no right or wrong answers so give as accurate a response as possible, but work fairly quickly through the items since your first response will generally give a fairly true picture of your preferences.

Please try to avoid extremes of enjoying everything or enjoying nothing. This exercise is designed to encourage you to differentiate between activities and arrive at a preference. So try to obtain as wide a spread as possible.

The questionnaire is in strict confidence. No copies are retained when you leave the website. If you wish to keep a copy, you will have the option to print your results. To obtain the maximum value, it may be useful to discuss the results with someone trained in psychometric testing.
